许瑞 教授

中文简介：许瑞，河海大学商学院教授，管理科学与信息管理系主任，中国科学技术大学管理科学与工程博士。主要从事大模型智能优化与决策、智慧物流与供应链等领域研究。主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金特别资助等国家级项目及多项企业委托项目，相关成果发表于 IEEE TEVC、Energy、SWEVO、ASOC、ESWA 等期刊，获授权国家发明专利3项。

Biography:Rui Xu is a Professor at the Business School of Hohai University, and Director of the Department of Management Science and Information Management. He received his Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China. His research focuses on LLM-based intelligent optimization and decision-making, as well as smart logistics and supply chain management. He has led national-level projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the Special Grant of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, along with several industry-sponsored projects. His work has been published in IEEE TEVC, Energy, SWEVO, ASOC, ESWA, among others, and he holds three authorized national invention patents.

周晓剑 教授

中文简介：周晓剑，教授，南京邮电大学管理学院副院长。长期深耕工业工程与管理、统计建模、量子机器学习等领域。主持国家自然科学基金2项、国家统 计局重点项目等各级课题10余项。江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师、江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第三层次培养对象（2022、2026两次）、南京邮电大学“1311”人才计划鼎新学者、江苏省统计科研优秀成果奖获得者。

Biography:Xiaojian Zhou is a Professor and Vice Dean of the School of Management, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NJUPT). His research covers industrial engineering and management, statistical modeling, and quantum machine learning. He has led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and more than ten research projects at various levels, including key projects of the National Bureau of Statistics of China. He is an Outstanding Young Backbone Teacher of Jiangsu Province's "Qinglan Project", a third-tier candidate of the Jiangsu "333 High-Level Talent Cultivation Project" (selected in both 2022 and 2026), a Dingxin Scholar of NJUPT's "1311" Talent Program, and a winner of the Jiangsu Statistical Science Research Outstanding Achievement Award.

刘军 教授

中文简介：刘军，男，博士，教授，南京财经大学管理科学与工程学院院长。获工学博士学位，主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、国家质量监督检验检疫总局公益性行业科研专项1项、科技部港澳台科技合作专项1项、江苏省教育厅高校科研成果产业化推进项目1项，参与国家863计划（并行工程）项目2项及多项国家级、省部级项目。发表学术论文30余篇，出版学术专著2部，参编教材2部，获中国发明专利4项、实用新型专利1项、软件著作权2项，获南京市科学技术进步三等奖。

Biography:Jun Liu is a Professor and Dean of the School of Management Science and Engineering, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics. He received his Ph.D. in Engineering. He has completed one general program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), one public-welfare industry research special project of the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), one special project for sci-tech cooperation with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and one industrialization promotion project of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education. He also participated in two national 863 High-Tech R&D Program (parallel engineering) projects, as well as multiple national and provincial research projects. He has published more than 30 academic papers, authored two academic monographs, co-edited two textbooks, and holds four Chinese invention patents, one utility model patent and two software copyrights. He won the Third Prize of the Nanjing Science and Technology Progress Award.
